These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ah333 ("ah333," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ah333 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at ah333.app (the "Platform").

The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ah333 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void all associated transactions, bonuses, and winnings.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.
In accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, ah333 requires all players to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's licence) and a live selfie. ah333 may request additional supporting documentation at its discretion.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed period may result in the temporary withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed to ah333's satisfaction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. ah333 will never request your password via live chat, email, or SMS. You must notify ah333 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ah333 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.
ah333 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and selected Philippine banking institutions including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ah333 does not charge a platform deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified KYC identity. Deposits from third-party sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. ah333 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
Withdrawal processing times are subject to the payment provider's own processing schedules and may vary. ah333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.
All transactions on the ah333 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled at rates determined by the relevant payment processor.

All content on the ah333 Platform — including but not limited to the ah333 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of ah333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ah333 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any ah333 content without prior written authorisation from ah333.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ah333 shall not be liable for:

You may request closure of your ah333 account at any time by contacting ah333 customer support. Any outstanding balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method after standard verification procedures, provided no compliance holds or bonus obligations are outstanding.
ah333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where ah333 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
